Our gourmet breakfast is a set menu which includes a hot main dish, fresh fruit, various side dishes and a home-made baked good each day. Dietary restrictions are accommodated as best possible with advance notice.
Samples menus include: Southwest Breakfast Casserole served with sausage, Grits Soufflé and Apple Cheddar Scones, or Turkey & Mushroom stuffed crepes, Sweet Potato Hash, bacon and Apple Dapple Cake.
Other popular favorites are Eggs Florentine with Mornay sauce, Praline French Toast, California Avocado Egg Bake with Hollandaise, Bircher Muesli, Peaches & Cream Popovers, Mango & Quinoa Salad or Apple & Onion Tart.
